The client bought this home as a two unit apartment building that was used for years by College Of Marin students.
So we had two Kitchens and two bathrooms and 4 bedrooms to start with.
They purchased the home with the idea of converting it back to a single family residence.

The client engaged DBS for our feasibility study that proved to be a valuable tool. It allowed for intelligent decision making and understanding of how we would do the project while the client lived in the home. Give us a call if you want to talk through the details of why this was so.

The new master bedroom is where the second kitchen was and we designed the new Master Bath off the bedroom. This bathroom has lots of cool features like dual shower heads (one rain head and one normal).
Heated Pebble Rock floors. Note the glass partitions to create a toilet room without using conventional framed walls. The master closet off the bedroom is a big walk in.
